  • 2011-China-BigPicture: During a lecture series given in 2011 at the Beihang University, School of Automation and Electrical Eng. and the National Univ. of Defense Technology, System Simulation Lab., Prof. Ören presented the Big Picture of M&S.

  • 2019-Prague-keynote: Prof. Ören presented his ideas on “The vital role of simulation for many disciplines: A desirable shift of paradigm from model-based paradigm to simulation-based paradigm” as the keynote speaker of SIMULTECH’19.
  • SCS18_Tolk: The topic of the keynote speech presented at the 2018 SCS Summer Simulation Conference was “Simulation and Modeling as the Essence of Computational Science.” The presentation was accompanied by this position paper, published in the SCS Proceedings (pp. 87-98).
